What is the process for finding employees through The Bond Street Group?
Details, details, details! The more information you can provide us, the faster we can get you candidates. Our search and recruitment efforts begin immediately through sourcing our referral network and database. Based upon your needs, we compare our candidates’ experience & skill sets through screening, testing and vis-à-vis interviews. Once we find the match, we’ll schedule the interviews and coordinate feedback & all compensation negotiations.
How long will it take to have an employee in Your Company?
We’ve made placements in 24 hrs but that is the rare exception! Speed is determined by how fast the client can schedule candidates, relay feedback to us and decide on whom to make an offer. Most assignments are filled within 10-20 business days assuming that the client’s feedback, scheduling and offers are done in a very timely manner.
What kind of background checks do you provide?
Candidates are reference checked based on the work history provided by the applicant. Additionally, The Bond Street Group can provide access to clients that request a drug screening, driving record screening or criminal background check. The Bond Street Group can provide these services as well as meeting any other needs you might have for background or security checks for a small fee.
