- Identify Deductions as Logistics or Trade Spend.
- Manage Trade Spend Deductions using the system to ensure time frame, billback monies, and product(s) are correct.
- Partner with Brokers and Operations to resolve Trade Promotion Issues.
- Provide portfolio updates and trending audit on overspent promotions as needed or required.
- Identify compliance deductions and provide suggestions to mitigate claims.
- Multi-tasks between Trade Spend/Logistic Deductions, Collections and reporting via Excel and MEI.
- Monitor Monthly Aging Report on outstanding Account Balances for Management.
