Experience & Skills Required
- Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program (approved by the APTA)
- Appropriate state licensure or ability to obtain
- Current and unrestricted Physical Therapy licensure
- Candidates must have at least 1 year SNF experience. That is experience in a free standing skilled nursing facility. Candidates with Rehab Optima experience will be given first priority.
