Opportunity Description

We are currently seeking an Account Executive who will be responsible for directly managing Client Accounts and developing strong relationships to ensure client satisfaction for all existing contracts. The Account Executive will be tasked with continuing to improve Customer Loyalty and satisfaction.

Job Duties

  • Manage new and existing relationships with contracted agencies
  • Oversee rollout of services for newly acquired clients to align both parties’ interests
  • Travel to all states within an assigned region sometimes with minimal lead time
  • Upsell additional products and services to existing clients
  • Organize and lead on-site trainings for Agency staff and offender populations with live demos
  • Conduct remote trainings utilizing web conferencing software
  • Ensure retention and client satisfaction
  • Communicate internally all client requests and projects to facilitate completion
  • Research issues reported by Agency staff members with the purpose of achieving resolution or escalation to the appropriate department
  • Respond to client emails and phone calls including items escalated from Payment Services Helpdesk
  • Teach and understand all Payment Services products and services
  • Coordinate with Marketing Department to create and distribute client specific marketing strategies

  • Ability to present a professional and friendly attitude toward clients
  • Must be able to multitask and effectively manage their time while in the office and during travel
  • Ability to work under pressure, to meet deadlines, to deal positively with rejection and conflicts.

  • Demonstrated competency with MS Office and Internet Explorer

Education

  • High School Diploma

Experience & Skills Required

  • 3 plus years of experience in an account management related position
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working on or part of a client relations team (preferred)
  • Experience in payment (credit card, cash, check, etc..) or government contract based industry
