Opportunity Description

Rapidly growing Consumer Products Corporation located in Yonkers, NY is in need of a Customer Service oriented team player to join their company and assist with facilitating day to day operations and customer support. If you have strong Administrative Office Assistant skills, are great with time management, work well under pressure and are a quick learner, please apply!!!!

Job Duties

  • Manage emails, website messages, and phone calls from new and existing customers
  • Track and document customer service issues.
  • Manage CEOs schedule and serve as ?rst point of contact
  • Communicate with vendors
  • Manage the package return process, enter order replacements.
  • Monitor and manage shipping carrier and insurance claim statuses.
  • Order processing- address veri?cation, printing shipping labels, sorting orders for processing
  • Inventory management.
  • Schedule shipping carrier package pick-ups.
  • Quality control- monitor incoming and outgoing inventory.
  • Responsible, as needed, for various tasks essential for company/warehouse operations.


  • College degree Required

Experience & Skills Required

  • Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Must be able to work 9:30am-5:30am
  • Occasional weekends as needed during peak seasons.
  • E-commerce experience is a plus
  • Superior customer service skills and critical thinking skills essential
