The The Bond Street Group Referral Program is designed to award the recruitment efforts of all current employees and prospective candidates who have friends/colleagues that may be seeking a new career.

Word of mouth referrals have the most impact and that’s why we offer a bonus each time you help The Bond Street Group place a candidate!

Referral bonus amounts may differ based on individual job postings.

1. "Refer a Friend" Referral Bonuses are valid only for direct hire placements only, and these bonuses are paid out only after the guarantee period has been fulfilled by the referred candidate.
2. Should a candidate be submitted more than once as a referral, we will honor the first referring party only.
3. Individual referrals are unlimited. You may submit as many referrals as you like but you will only be paid a bonus for the candidates we place in a permanent position after they fulfill the guarantee period.
4. If you refer a candidate but do not match them to a particular position and we end up placing them permanently, we will pay you our standard referral bonus of $200. Again, if the candidate is already in our database we will not pay a referral bonus.
